Can I return a package here?
I’m puzzled. Awaiting two expedited parcels that arrived in Ontario, CA on Friday and as of Monday have not budged. The delivery date was originally scheduled as May 1 and is now listed as May 6. Is this usual?

Had a package dropped here on Monday that I needed by Friday. Sat until today (Thursday) and is now just in transit. Ridiculous. When I called they simply told me “it’s still in transit so i can’t help you.” Then asked why it sat they repeated it.
