I’m puzzled. Awaiting two expedited parcels that arrived in Ontario, CA on Friday and as of Monday have not budged. The delivery date was originally scheduled as May 1 and is now listed as May 6. Is this usual?

It could have been misplaced or maybe needed a new label but it's a quick fix and they end up figuring it out, it happens alot ...

It may be that your package has either been given a bad label or the label went missing so it was sent to have another label given to it, or your package has been misplaced in a wrong shipping door and had to be sent back to get reprocessed. It happens quite often as hundreds of thousands of packages are shipped daily.
