I'm so sorry this has happened to you, Anna. Someone has pulled a fast one on you and stolen what you expected on the gift card. Hopefully you've kept the transaction receipt, to help straighten out this mess, as well as a bank statement showing the debit charge. I would start with Customer Service. If they can't help, take it to Corporate. It may involve phone calls, but they should resolve this for you. Best of luck!

I've called customer servive, I was transferred to Electronic pymt hotline, it turns out there closed till Monday. Thank you all for the advice, let you know monday how they proceeded.
