Don't buy warranties here they won't have your item in stock and when they do they won't call you to warranty replace it. Better yet they will ask you to pay the difference for the upgraded item your trying to replace!

The guy there was very informative, greeted us when we walked in on the floor, didn't expect that. The lady was also informative and knowledgeable about everything VR including games, headset etc. I was impressed with the staff on this day which was June 22nd around 230pm at this location.

I don't work for gamestop but I can help I can repair it for u sometimes it's something simple... Theres 2 hdmi ports make sure it's one the one that says hdmi out... Then if that doesn't work turn it on and wait about a minute and then hold down the the power button till it turns off... Then turn it on again

Gamestop does not do screen repairs. Cellphone repair shops might be able to help you.
