Servpro of Hemet really helped me out of a jam. I was in such distress because I couldn’t find a trust worthy company to rebuild my home for me after I had some water damage. Elena, the owner was extremely helpful in getting me to speak with the office manager (Monique) as soon as possible to get my claim submitted so that the work could be done by Daniel and his team immediately. We all know how difficult it could be trusting someone inside of your home, but everything went at ease. I was expecting for this type of work to take months to be done, but as soon as Elena got me in touch with her office manager they were very quick into making sure I was comfortable and taken care of so that my home would be back in living condition. I am very pleased with the work and I recommend this company in this small town to anyone that needs home repairs! 100% 5 stars! -Jasmin

So,I genuinely just have to start with "THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!" to this amazing company! Talk about the bang for your buck. I am Co-manager to the home under improvements alongside the manager Mr. McNeil. Now,I appreciate how attentive to details as well as future possiblities & benefits these individuals are. These employees are so hardworking but still seem all so joyful. It honestly scares me to deal with businesses for home improvements or car maintenance because they throw so many pricey issues at you and I always end up feeling jipped. That is Not the case with Servpro, so refreshing. This owner should be proud! They are punctual, precise, informative, and I am so grateful to see the improvements every day they leave. I had to take the time to write this review not only for myself & our tenants but because this experience has for us all been a rollercoaster ride blindfolded , and seriously these incredible people are making it seem like a day at the beach at this point. I am so pleased with this company and all it's employees. They came out right away and put my mind at ease. The employees even went above and beyond, and treated my 3 yr old so well (played ball with him) while I signing the needed paperwork. They worked professionally, and I did not feel taken advantage of at anytime like other companies often do. They did not leave the job unfinished or a mess, and were honest with all of their findings. They showed me everything before removing it, and throwing away what needed to be discarded with my approval. I was a part of ever decision, and I feel I was given an accurate description and recommendation when it came to what was needed to proceed. I would definitely use this company and recommend it to anyone who is in need of this service. 5 stars for me!
