Best park in the world - thNk you to the owner *** I am in space 89 we have been here for 3 months now and the place is great. Beautiful and quiet... great views, outside of the city and elivated. Pool area being renovated and so beautiful monings and evnings. Thank you again to the owner and all the staff of the park. Best neighbors and reasonabl space rent in the 650-750 range ... only quality people should come. ... thanks again to the owner and staff, my kids respectfully love it.

Buyer beware. They do a terrible job of fixing up the places they sell. Highly recommended to have a property inspector inspect a home before you buy. Bought my home 2 years ago and it’s fallen apart since day 1 with a leaking roof broken furnace bad windows etc.

It's 80% 55+ and 20% family. Me and my wife both live here. We're both under the age of 26. But i believe they do both rent and sell

What's the Monthly Space Fee? All Mobile Homes? Any Manufactured Homes ? Any empty spaces you COULD put a Manufactured Home on? Are these both "Rentals or Purchases"? Do any have small yards/dog runs. Like for a German Shepherd? Est Utilities 2B/2B?

There is space rent and both Mobile and Manufactured homes. There are some lots to put your mobile home on. Some homes are for rent and for sale, the rent varies in price. They do allow pets cats and dogs and some homes have plenty of areas for pets. There are double wide and single wide homes.
