There is space rent and both Mobile and Manufactured homes. There are some lots to put your mobile home on. Some homes are for rent and for sale, the rent varies in price. They do allow pets cats and dogs and some homes have plenty of areas for pets. There are double wide and single wide homes.
You should give them a call directly with that list of questions. Or if you are close by schedule to stop in. I have heard that the new management is very good. And you would certainly want to meet them anyway.
