Hi are these manufactured homes on A Foundation, like any other home? Most Lender's won't lend you the Money if it isn't? Then do you own The land, or is the land controlled by The Association, as if it is a space?

This is a dealer location. The Model homes are available to view, purchase and place into a manufactured home community or onto private property. If you choose place the home on private property Horizon can install a foundation and secure an FHA or Conventional loan. You can also obtain financing for the home if you place it into a community with a monthly lot fee. The sales agents at this location can assist with all of your questions and process for lending and construction. We are a one-stop-shop!
