Drove almost about 3hrs. to get to this dealership hoping to get a good deal of a 2022 dodge charger wide body scatpack but ended up pretty sad not getting one with a deal. The deal was good, got approved, but it could have been better if it lower down the APR a little bit so i can get a comfortable payment. Didn't end up with the deal that I was hoping. Anyway, Everyone there was professional on there job. They were friendly. The sales Manager tried her best to get me the best deal. I know they can get me a better deal and hoping to get one. All in all, i recommended this dealership.

This might be the best experience i have ever had in 30 years of buying around ten cars. Jake Forsberg (pictured) took care of me first on the phone. He took time to break down the rebates and estimated pricing. When I arrived at the dealership, Jake had the car ready and he handed me the keys for a test drive. The Sales managers, Jared and Barry, were also straightforward, pleasant and happy for our business. The pricing was straightforward. No surprises but the common additional fees for paint protection and security. It was reasonably priced and I got such a discount on the MSRP, and then an additional $3750 in combined rebates I gladly paid for the extra benefits. BEST PART! And this is the first dealership I have seen to remove the “market adjustment” You see at all the other dealerships. Don’t waste your time. Come see these guys. With four top American brands, you won’t regret it

Not the best experience. I asked for and received a "Best Price Certificate" on the dealers website for a hard to find car I wanted to buy on their lot. They emailed it to me and said to bring it with me to get that price. Later I find out that price did not include $3,200 of dealer add on accessories and an additional $10,000 markup to MSRP! What is the point of getting the best online price if it's not the actual price? To me that is a deceptive practice and I won't participate. I ordered the same vehicle from a local dealer the next day at MSRP with no add ons saving over $13,000!! Sorry, but I won't play their game.

Overall, I had a really good experience purchasing my car at Hemet CDJR. My salesperson "Champ" was the absolute best. There were some initial bumps in the road, but the bottom line is I drove away from there a happy camper!
