I did my taxes today I was helped by Janice! It was a very fast process, I did a drop off and she called me when it was ready to come in for some signatures! She was very professional and polite. Explained every step ! I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Ok so I’m rating this a one based off what they are advertising. The ladies in this office are extremely nice and helpful, have been using the same office for years now. But what I’m about to say now has me utterly disgusted. So over the past 3 years I’ve been getting my taxes DD onto the American Express serve card (all blue) they’ve always advertised. NEVER had an issue until this tax year (2022) for the new serve card that is white. THEY(serve) froze my money for fraudulent activity. Which there wasn’t any. I made a purchase with Att and it went through with no issues, tried to link my card with Apple Pay and it sent an email to verify it was me doing this. Cool, I verified and after that, my card was frozen for no reason. I have $3,000+ sitting there and calling the back of the card doesn’t ever get you help. DO NOT GET THIS CARD. I AM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO REMOVE MY MONEY. THE SERVE CARD IS FRAUD! I will be contacting JH CORPORATE & reporting serve to the BBB. This is sad !

I’ve been using this Jackson Hewitt Tax Service for years! I love the warm welcoming feeling of having the staff remember you from previous years. I sit down, hand over all my paperwork and I don’t have to worry. Even though I trust my preparer, I like having the extra insurance with their worry free guarantee program. If you have a MyJH account, you can log-in and view your filed tax return. If you don’t have a MyJH account, you can reach out to your local office to see if they have a copy available. If you need a copy of your return from the IRS, you can request a photocopy or a computer transcript. Photocopies and transcripts are free from the IRS. If you need an actual copy, complete IRS Form 4506 and pay a $50 fee for your filed tax return and Form W-2.
To get a copy of your Form W-2 or Form 1099, first contact your employer or financial institution. If we used your W-2 to prepare your tax return, you can log into your MyJH account and view your filed tax return including your W-2. If you don’t have a MyJH account, contact your local office to see if they have a copy of your W2 available. You can download Form 4506 at www.irs.gov to request a copy of the return you filed with the IRS.
