Have fun shopping at the store where the only people happy to be working there are the new-hires. At least 90% of the work environment is toxic, the customer can tell by the gossiping employees that don't even respect themselves enough that they're willing to deal with managers that belittle them and care little to nothing about the store and the shape it is in. If you ask any employee why they're working there they will say because of the discount, which seems to be the only good thing for them. Went shopping there one last time just to realize it is a lost case in that place.

Love the items you can find really nice things for a very good price! Lines can get a little long makes me want to just turn around and go sometimes but pretty friendly place they always greet you which is nice!!great deals great finds you can spend hours in there!

Awesome store in Hemet. The staff is so upbeat, helpful, and warm. I asked for assistance 2 times and they did not seemed bothered, and even offered a better alternative. The checkout was fast and there are so many cool gadgets on sale I felt like being back to the future. I love the aisles that have the tools and miscellaneous products. Great prices and awesome gift ideas. I love Ross stores.

The place was packed but that's Cali for ya!💯🙌 It had many choices and colorways available! The staff was polite! Hand sanitizer and wipes are near! Mask required to shop! Also I found what I wanted less than 10 minutes and then hopped right in line! Definitely would shoo here again! This store is better than back home in ept Texas
