Can you put up a tent if you DNT have a RV. We like to camp out . If not any places that does near by the beach. Coming from out of town

Yes usually they're allowed so long as they aren't extremely big or disruptive to the other people around you at the beach

We camped there recently in our RV and did not see any tents. Also, according to their website, Bolsa Chica State Campground does NOT allow tents. I would call to confirm.
