I found Ayers Self Storage Out Of Necessity, The 5' x 5' I Was In Was Just Too Small And As Always I Was The Last Person To Figure It Out. So When I Found Ayers Self Storage I Also Found Greg And His Wife They Are Resident Managers And It Was As If They Were Reading My Mail (Post Cards From The Edge). They Know Every Industry Marketing Gimic The Other Corporate Neighbors Use, And They Do Not Use Any Of Those Tactics (Hard Sell Insurance, Private Security Agency's Run From State Prisons). They Just Manage A Mom And Pops Shop At A Good Value Without The Corp. Conglomerate Overtones You Will Find Pepperd All Over OC. I Highly Recommend "Ayers Self Storage"

They do t honor the advertised price that they have posted on line and I know they should have to honor I by law and either are discriminating against me for whatever reason but I would like to inform the public of this change so that business like this can not pregidice against people. They can honest or face the consequences of their own illegal actions. We live in America and pay taxes for our constitution and our rights but we also have responsibility as american citizen to honor our country with integrity and self respect, so if some pig big head business thinks they can push a little blue color hard working Mexican American they are wrong. An that is the beauty of living in this country. We have corporate offices as well as the boards. This business has been allowing there employees to commit illegal activities on facility grounds and I'm going to make it know publicly and the corporate office know. Or get them to do there jobs and honor there business as Americans honor America.

This place lacks ethics and common decency, should you stay longer than they deem sufficient you will be promptly given a 3 day notice to vacate and informed that unlike when renting living space where the law entitles you to certain rights storage you basically have none. I rented from this business 2 years ago and had paid next months rent 2 days in advance on Friday, I had never been late, and in the previous 4 months of renting here had been on the property twice for a grand time total of 30 minutes ,came in on a Sunday 2 days later and spent approximately 1 1\2 hours sorting through tools that would be needed for work the following day, and the next day after using the tools and came back to return them,I was greeted by a smirking manager whom handed me a three-day notice to leave and he wouldn't stipulate as to why? when I asked about the 28 days of remaining time, when might I expect to get my money back was told that I should try and sue them and good luck on that one buddy! That they weren't going to do nothing of the sort. You can read all my reviews of business I do business with and I'm sure you will see my reviews are well thought out and mostly positive in nature I don't expect this will get me my due money ever back but if I have informed one person who considers this and chooses not to do business with them and in so doing is helped by this account then this will have been worth it. All the Best and should you not here my advice of choosing another company like extra space storage or public storage , Remember you were Informed about this ethicly challenged business

Nothing but problems with this location. I can't speak for the other Ayres locations but Huntington beach Ayres is a dump. The first time we were here there was a man screaming his head off at management and threatening legal action, the second time we saw cockroaches and the last time management aggressively confronted us about the two people that bought furniture from us and told us we can't let people in if we're not here.. We didn't give them our code and they were outside the gate waiting for us to arrive..why did the employee buzz them before we arrived if it was an issue?? To top everything off, there are NO dumpsters or trashcans ANYWHERE on the premises! There is not a single restroom either! We are choosing to take our business elsewhere this coming month, this is not an establishment to anyone. If you're looking for a good, clean and affordable storage with good staff and customer service DO NOT come here.
