If it's still under warranty I would suggest contacting Sony directly. If not , you might want to try one of those you break it we fix it places. GameStop will not be able to to do much since they are sales personnel and not techs. I had an issue with my console reading the disks and had it fixed at one of those fix it places because the warranty ended the month before. Good luck and I hope that you find a solution soon!
Im almost sure it wouldn't hurt if you call thier store an asked them? Might only be a PS4 company thing tho
They will look at it and see if they can do basic trouble shooting but they wont be able to do full repairs such as taking it apart or anything of that nature.
