Hello Sandra I see that you've been getting some conflicting answers about Arundel Mills. Some of the stores are outlet malls and some are not. Okd Navy, Coach and some other stores are outlets as many are, but because it is such a huge Mall there are also independent stores inside the mall as well. Enjoy your trip!
