Doesn’t pick up their phone nor add their buisness hours.

I wish I could give less than a star. Who hired these contractors and civil engineers? Friday, midday, you shut down several lanes on I-95!? Multiple projects across the state. Are you out of your mind? This is a third shift occupation. You are ruining all of societies’ ability to move and commute. Do better. Do it in the middle of the night like every other state’s DoT.

Literally had to call over 20 times between 2 phones to even get on the line. The MDOT was hanging up on us left and right. The hold process took over an hour. 0 stars on Yelp.

Maryland DOT spotted my SUV on the side of the interstate and stopped to lend a hand, and Mr. Barry was so kind; he even acknowledged my embarrassment with genuine reassurance that accidents happen, and it's okay in place of judgment or strife! I ran out of gas simply because I wasn't paying attention to the gas and wanted to wait until daylight to stop. I was waiting patiently for a service request to be assigned to a tow company through my insurance. I Felt defeated 900 miles away from home. However, help came quicker than anticipated, and the experience has brightened my day. I am incredibly thankful for Mr. Barry Stonestreet and his assistance in getting me back on the road safe and without expense. He was knowledgeable and eager to assist me with my need for gas and my now dead battery from sitting so long. He also briefly explained how I could receive quicker assistance in the future. Very impressed with the Maryland Department of Transportation this morning. Exceptional service.

How do I keep the Georgia Avenue and Layhill area of the ICC NOT recording that I have a transponder? This problem has been going on since November of 2017 (it’s April 2019). I continue to receive notices that I didn’t pay in just that area!!
