Need to change your shipping or pickup options? Make changes to a recent order You can change your shipping options as long as we haven’t started the shipping process. This is usually within 30 minutes of placing your order. (During our busy holiday season, it might be shorter.) In general, here are the timeframes to keep in mind. Let us know within 30 minutes if you’d like to: Change your shipping method Switch from shipping to store pickup Change the shipping address Change the store pickup location Let us know within 5 days if you’d like to: Switch from store pickup to shipping We'll hold your store pickup items at the store for 5 days.
