Floor sales people have not been doing their jobs. We went to purchase a dishwasher. We asked for help and they said someone would be with you in a minute. Ok! We saw the floor sales people standing in a huddle and joking around instead of helping people out. Once they got through, one of them actually looked up and saw everyone standing and waiting there, they put down the phone and slowly started assisting who ever they came up to first. Then nothing is in stock, so they push to sell you what ever they have. Maybe it is me or Brock and mortar buildings need to go away and we'll just stick to online shopping. It's what it's coming down to anyway. That's exactly what we had to do is order online.

I love all the stuff Best Buy has. Their customer service is a bit strange. They are waiting for you right as you enter the store and want to help you. If your just there to look, it's rather aggressive and can put you off. If you are there on a mission it's fine. Once you're in the store on your own and you need help, you'll have to seek someone out (this can take a while). They'll pass right by you and not ask if you need help. Once you do find someone they almost always have the answers and they know their stuff.

Associated were 0 help. They kept passing me and avoiding eye contact. I had to flag one down and he wasn't able to help me find the right screen protector nor case for an iPad air 5th generation. Asked a second associate and he wasn't really willing to even help just pointer me to the isle. I decided to use the bestbuy app and found it myself. Honestly sucked

No, you do not need Wi-Fi in your house to use your smart phone. You will likely need a Sim card so you have access to your network. I believe some Verizon phones do not need Sim card however you will need access to a network to use your phone for anything internet or call related. Good luck!

How small we talking? Almost all new tv's now are all smart tv. All will have basic tv, video function. Some will have internet connectivity by LAN or WI-FI. And then their is the extra features that all of them have to make them interactive. It really just depends on what you want out of the tv. And if brand really matters to you. Because that's where the price is going to change. Now a days you can pick up a 22" for the same price as a 42".
