Best sausage in San Diego. Nick makes different varieties and often has Kielbasi. "Authentic" Kielbasi is certainly a conversation starter. I'm from NJ and my Polish grandmother had several different recipes. Each butcher in our area had their own recipe. I like Nick's recipe. Not too much garlic and top quality pork.

I'm not sure I have seen kielbasa there, but their sausages are the best in San Diego.
