Our favorites (if possible because we love everything they do) are their ribeyes and fresh Thursday sausage. The breakfast sausage is the best way to start your day. The secret is out! Real deal high-quality meats! They carry prime Brandt Beef, make their own sausages, and have specialty items like fresh duck breast. Not cheap but well worth the price and much. Enter value than steakhouses. Sausages are made fresh weekly - get there soon after 4p on Thursday afternoon as they will be sold out of popular flavors soon.

I don't think they do. I've never seen it, but a couple minutes from there (in Downtown SD) there is a market called Mona Lisa in Little Italy. They sell all kinds of Fresh Italian imported Meats.

We proudly exclusively carry Brandt Beef from the Imperial Valley. Our butcher Nick, can do many custom cuts, while they vary by season. Please feel free to come in and speak with us or call with any questions. As for custom grinds we have a minimum grind size of 20lbs.
We do have skinless pork bellies today. Skin on bellies we can special order.

The polish sausage we make is a coarse pork grind with simple seasonings of salt, pepper, and garlic. It is a fresh sausage . Not smoked. We will be making them this week and will be ready to purchase around 4PM Thursday afternoon. Thanks for your inquiry
