I didn't see any eagles but i did see snow geese when i was there last weekend at tulelake.
It's been a couple weeks since i was there, cannot speak to snows. The eagles are there. Check along stateline road. Bring your binoculars and camera.
We saw both Eagles in September. Can't help with snow geese but they are at Sacramento NWR.
