i went to walmart in santa clara to trade my unwanted gift card for walmart gift card they told me no & didnt know what i was talking about, can anyone explain to me the process & who do i talk to?Cust.serv had no clue about tradeing gift cards.help

Any walmart gift card is not returnable or any card you're gonna purchase like starbucks gift card, etc. Even for exchange. Once it's purchase you cannot return it or exchange unless you have really good reason for exchanging it. Try talking to assistant manager
