Do I need an appointment to drop off my old license plate?
Hi Sandra. You can drop your old tag into a drop box outside of any Tax Collector office (except the downtown Clearwater Courthouse location). Thanks for reaching out to us.
Don't drop it in a drop box!!! They will deny ever getting it and suspend your license. Give it to one of the workers and get a receipt or film handing it to them. Been in this situation before.
