I have a problem with my computer today. It is time for me to get it fixed. I called to set something up. The EXTREMELY RUDE "boss" told me I was selling something and hung up on me. I called back, and I was BLOCKED. This happened because I was polite on the phone. I called back using my wife's phone. The boss REFUSED to get on the phone. I was told they were rude there, but I still wanted to give them a chance because i talked to them a while back. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Not happy with this business. I purchased an MacBook Air LCD assembly and the WIFI cables do not fit. I started a refund request and seller closed the request and provided no explanation. Terrible customer service.

The owner there name Pete gave me the impression he was racist, and lazy, he refused to sale me a WiFi wireless stick, told me he know it's not going to work, I know my computer and it would work but he still refuse to let me purchase it, I believe because of the color of my skin. I went to Best Buy bought what I needed that he sold and it worked. He deserve 0***s.
