Vishwanthan Srinivasan

Aug 6, 2022

My name is Vishwanathan SrinivasanI went to this location to do my Covid testing on July 21st because I got tested positive last week before July 21st. The people were extremely kind, polite and to the point and I wanted to get an another testing done after being tested positive and the location at the fast track in Seminole would refuse to do it for 90 days because they said the virus would still be sitting in my body. This location was very awesome and even though I was still tested positive the provider Issiac was very thorough in explaining everything in detail with 8 pages of paper of why I was tested positive. I will come to this location constantly even though it is 15 minutes from my house versus 5 minutes because Med express responds in a timely manner. I was seen within half hour at this location in and out which wasn't bad at all even though they had to go through detailed procedures of our health. Good job guys keep it up

The receptionist was all by herself when I first arrived on Sunday morning around 8:30. There were lots of patients as well as phone calls coming in and she remained calm, cool and professional and attended to everyone with ease. I never got her name but the nurse, Stephanie, was great. Friendly and also professional. The PA I saw was also great (I think her name was Christina?). Though I had to wait a while, the place was clean and I was impressed with everyone I dealt with.

Avoid this place! Zero stars. Called and told them we have a sick toddler and they said no problem. We come in and they collect money immediately and ask us if we want to wait in the lobby or car, we decided to wait in the lobby. Waited an hour. That’s fine no problem so far. Nurse Beth calls and asks about my sons symptoms and as we’re discussing it she asks if I’m in the lobby. I say yes and she says you’re supposed to be in the car with His symptoms. I start speaking about to discuss front desk gave us the option of the car or and get hung up on. They finally call us in to be seen. My son is a toddler and the nurse Julie says if he keeps moving I can’t conduct the exam. A couple half attempts later she says I can’t conduct the exam but he may need an X-ray but we can’t do it on kids here. Soo why do you say you can examine kids here if you don’t have the proper equipment or trained staff with the patience to take care of kids? I went to speak to the nurses in the back to ask for a refund since we didn’t accomplish anything. No differential diagnosis, no proper work up of my child, no prescription, nothing at all. Yet no refund or solution to help my son was provided for us.

I went there for a drug test and 3 other patrons entered after I did. 45 minutes later and me being the last person in the waiting room I complained about how long it was taking and suddenly in the next minute or so someone calls my name. Wow, did you forget about me. I understand that it takes time for certain procedures but when your sitting there 20 minutes after the last patient walks out makes me wonder. Definitely not happy with there service.

In order to ensure individuals receive the highest-quality care and treatment, all individuals seeking care at MedExpress for known or suspected COVID-19 cases will receive an examination by a MedExpress health care professional who will determine if testing is needed and which testing method may be most appropriate, including rapid antigen and laboratory send-out PCR COVID-19 testing.
