The Clearwater airport is very confusing. There is a great deal of construction going on. To return your car at the airport stay in the right-hand Lane drive slow and follow the signs to rental car return. All the companies are in the same big lot. Someone from Enterprise will be in the lot to meet you and finish the paperwork.
