The horse camping is at New Discovery State Park. Trails have been improved and added on too as funds permit. The camping and Day use fee's have helped to maintain and develop the trails through the year's
The cross Vermont trail is set up for all non motorized recreation, I believe
Some of the trails do allow horses, yes. They even have a paddock setup for campers who wish to bring horses to stay overnight.
