Dust? We got it! Mosquitoes? Yep, got those too! If you want to know what's it like to sleep next to a busy interstate, this is the place for you! Go no further, come down and pay $37/night, where you get to experience the best of interstate camping (in-state residents, of course - out of state and you're forking over $45+ for RV spot with hookups). This place says it has tent and RV spots, but good luck finding a tent spot; get ready to pay triple and get stuck with a RV spot. What's to like? Glad you asked! You can see the stars so well here. I recommend bringing a telescope and some ear plugs! Great place to stay as a HQ, while you go and explore Southern Oregon. If you want to go camping, don't go here.

Nice campground next to the river with very nice paved bike paths connecting to the surrounding communities. Grass was a bit overgrown and needed to be mowed. My site's RV sewer drain was plugged but the staff promptly responded and hired a contractor who fixed it. Campground is also next to the freeway but the traffic blended into the background so didn't bother me.

Well taken care of. Sites A and F are only available at this time. All others appear to be closed (roads are closed with notices OP&R staff only) Camper bathrooms and areas are very well taken care of!

Nice park, not so much If you are into quiet. The proximity to Interstate 5 makes for a somewhat noisy environment. But the views are stupendous. Good spot to overnight.

That can change rapidly seasonally. This area is lush in forests because of a great river system but low rainfall for a forested area, thus prone to wildfires. Check with Park Rangers when inquiring about a site. Another good idea is to check Medford news outlets for forest fire updates. In peak fire season Valley of the Rogue can become a firefighting base camp.
There is over 100. Not sure of exact number. They are nice spots and very awesome rangers to help u with anything u neec
When I was there two weeks ago, there were no cars at entrance and plenty of spaces open.
They have fire rings for campfires. But it just depends on burn bands in effect at the time. If they are under a burn ban you will need a propane fire ring.
I am not sure I'd definitely call!
No you cannot. The ranger will have a fire which is open to the public
5th wheel & tow vehicle or motorhome & toad.
Max days is set at 14 , then you must vacate for 3 while tent camping. RVs I'm not absolute. If the website isn't explanatory your called in question will be answered by local Ranger. Thanks
He certainly wood chuck would here :-)
Nope. They open in May. Scroll to my review in the past month for details
Dump stations are open. B loop sewer lines are complete and will open up 5-01-22
In the summer months it's very busy very packed there during the winter months it's much easier but just as you enter there they do have a pay station even late at night you can pull in and pick up the envelope drive out to a space and pay in the morning
Not sure ,about that.
Where are you
No there is a fee depending on the site you use.
Yes, call them about your needs
Showers were closed between 6/30 and 7/6.
They definitely do ask for one when you check in, but not sure if you actually have to have one to stay. We had a reservation so it could have just been for confirmation.
Park opens on the 9th for camping
I think 12' diameter
Each person is going off their own experience.. Call of you want answers that aren't showen here..
There's dirt trails there but only the paved ones can be ridden on the rest have signs that state no bikes
I'm sorry I didn't stay long, and I had my own travel trailer with a shower and bathroom. I will say that most places do have showers. It's beautiful for sure.
Yes
Yes...In the campground.
It's hard to say. We are expecting rain this week so that may allow it to happen, but won't actually know until the to comes.
At least some campsites have fire pits but not sure of the particulars.
Our campsite had a fire ring, you can grill on that.
Yes.
The yurt I got had a combo lock, they emailed me the combo
The river is too swift.
No there is not. We are staying there now and unless you bring your own service of some kind there is no Wi-fi we have an antenna and can only pick up a very few select channels
Not to my knowledge. The only car fee we paid for was having an extra car in our yurt site for overnight
Yes! Great shower facilities.
I stay there often on travels. They're open all year. November is typically low flow on the river. And the park has yurts available for rent. Visit their website.
Yes.
