After shopping I went to pick up my order from the order pickup/returns line. I had two boxes of shoes that I also wanted to purchase. I asked the lady at the register (I’m assuming the manager), if I could also pay for the shoes since I was already there. Lol she said no she had to help someone who had an issue at the other cash register and can’t help anyone else. But I was already in her line??? It’s not like I just came to her register and asked or cut in front of someone else. Lol so I had to go wait all over again in the long line on the other side. Rude, poor customer service, and probably prejudice. You guys should definitely hire a new manager or whatever the hell she is. She had a black shirt on and bun lol.
