I started taking one of my nieces there in the late 80s. She now has a 2 year old and wants to go there. Back then, there were 2 buildings - one was the discovery museum for kids under 5 and another one for the 5+. Is it still like that?

There is now one larger museum building (at the top of the hill). This building contains STEM and STEAM exhibits on the first floor, and rooms for our youngest visitors on the top floor, including Bessie's Diner, the train, and the sailing ship. There's also a treehouse and garden adjacent to the large museum. Our new, expanded campus includes walking trails in Discovery Woods. The smaller building you may remember, an old red-and-yellow house, now houses staff offices. Bessie is still here at the entrance to welcome you! We hope you will visit soon.

It has been recently renovated, and the first building which is a small house in the front is still being refurbished. Now, they have one big building in back and an outdoor area too.

We only went into 1 building with different areas for toddlers, little and big kids. There's an outside tree house for the kids to explore as well
