I always get gas here when I’m visiting the area. It was my station when I lived in Acton and still is when I come to town.

A man that worked there found out (out of state license plate) I was new to the area and proceeded to ask me personal questions of who I live with and if I have a boyfriend. Then continued by saying he will exchange s3x for services. I was baffled and scared. Never go there please.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I brought my car in for an ABS issue. Johnny gave me a reason for the problem and told me they would fix it. I picked up my car, I paid $400 to get it fixed, brought it home to have the same issue. I brought the car back, but and then he told me all my rotors and pads need to be replaced, yet mentioned nothing about this at the previous visit. I was unsure, but was worried about getting in an accident. I paid to replace the brakes, took the car home, still have the exact same problem. I called again, they told me to bring it in they would fix it no charge. He admitted that they did not have the issue I had been having while driving it (intermittent abs brake issue) so they just fixed what they thought it might be at a price of $800. After I specifically asked them to drive the car around, I didn't care how long it took, so they could make sure they knew exactly what the problem was! I knew it was the right front tire. I could feel it, hear it. Didn't listen to me at all. Then after bringing the car back and him telling me there would be no charge, he called me and told me it would be another $400 for another part! Try to convince me I needed to replace the entire axle to replace an ABS ring. That they couldn't even buy the ABS ring without the axle. A complete lie. I confirmed with both my car maker and another auto shop. It turns out the part was $20 and I could have bought it myself at AutoZone. I told them so, refused to pay anything and he immediately retracted the statement and told me to come get my car and fixed it. I ultimately paid over $1,200 Ito fix a problem that never got fixed . They intentionally tried to rip me off and lied straight to my face. Please don't go here, they are completely dishonest.

Exceptional service! I dropped in unannounced to have a caliper replaced and they took care of me immediately and finished it same day (and replaced my brake pads as well). We encountered a strange issue where the new caliper was faulty (not Acton Gas & Service's fault!) and they started working on my car within 15 minutes of me calling about it, ordered a new caliper, and made the repair within 2 hours, giving me frequent updates. Wonderful service and great communication. I really appreciated that everyone I interacted there was very friendly, especially as a young woman walking into a mechanic's shop, which can be intimidating. Fair prices too. Would highly recommend.
