Edit - the carrier today came by to drop off a package as well as explain the previous situation as to why the last few packages were missed even though we were home. He was kind and understanding. I updated my rating to reflect his attitude and his change in service. Carrier doesn't knock or ring the doorbell for a package that requires a signature. I have to go and pick it up at the store now. What is the point...? How am I supposed to receive my packages? Terrible service.

I just moved here from WA state and was in a bit of a predicament with my mail being forwarded. I stopped by here to speak to someone about it and to fill out another change of address form. I explained the whole convoluted situation to a supervisor, Beth, and she was incredibly understanding. She said she would go enter my address change info herself and see what she could do to make it right, and also gave me her card in case I had more issues. I was there on Saturday, and here we are on Tuesday and I'm getting my mail! It may have worked itself out without her help, I'm not sure. Either way, I felt helped, and reassured that if the problem continued they would have my back. If there were ever a time to appreciate how important the USPS is, it was this past week, and I wasn't let down.

I went to mail baby wipes to my family in NY, who are struggling to get basic supplies. The post office clerk told me that it is impossible to mail it because it contains alcohol. I asked if there is a special type of mail I can use, he said no. No way to mail baby wipes period. I went and found type that doesn't contain alcohol and he still gave me trouble. Another employee was able to help me. I later checked the USPS.com and found out that it is possible to mail wipes even ones containing alcohol. To ship hand sanitizers including wipes, you must use USPS Retail Ground, Parcel Select, or Parcel Select Lightweight. It is a very difficult time for everyone and I don't understand why he was making it unnecessarily more difficult for my family.

Initial I hesitated to goto this store because of the poor feedback from other users. But once I was forced to go there (for whatever reason) - I was pleasantly surprized to not-find any "rude" person. Staff is always helpful and polite. The facility is very clean too. Now this is a go-to place for me for any USPS tasks.
