Great hardware store but it could use some staff on the floor to assist customers.

Always helpful. Pricey compared to big box stores but I don't believe thay the race to the lowest price is a good thing for retail.Theu don't overcharge and the convenience of the place along with the assistance makes it worth the trip every time. Parking lot can be dicey so just watch out for pedestrians! There is always a good amount of parking, though. If you don't find what you need, just ask! They are happy to help you.

My water heater broke and flooded my basement. I walked up to the door right as an employee was locking up. If it was just a normal shopping trip I'd totally understand turning a customer away. But, when someone says "please, my basement is full of water I just need to buy a pump real quick", Its pretty cold to shrug your shoulders, mime a super sad frowny face and walk away.
