Yes they have a thing called animal clinics on certain days out of tbe month so i would just call or stop in and inquiry about when these actually take place.
I believe they do. I would visit their website or call for times and pricing though. If not, humane society of manatee county have their own vet clinic now and provide free or low cost vacs..sometimes the wait is long though.
