There is no customer service. No reception desk to ask for any help. You must check yourself in. While I was waiting a young girl help a blind woman and an elderly lady who were unable to work the kiosk.

The Woman doing my blood work was rude, unfriendly and had issues speaking English that I could understand. She missed stuff that was on my order and when I ask her about my urine sample for increased proteins, she rudely and clearly said that was it. Now I have to return. I also had this issue in Palmetto, FL and Lafayette,IN and had to return and go thru process again. Think I will go out of the Quest Network. They field you they like Cattle. No service at the desk and they don't care about their customers. Long waits on 800 line.

Callous, rude, obstructive. Let me go on! My husband uses an oxygen generator and a cane. His time is limited. His mobility is impaired. Still, dropping off a cold-packed sputum sample should be easy, even for him, right? Nope! They ignored him in an empty waiting room for twenty minutes. He told them a couple times he just needed to drop off a sample. He could hear them partying nearby but they left him there. They finally told him he had to sign in, despite the empty waiting room. He told them, again, he just needed to drop off a sample but they made him shuffle up a long hall and sign in. They let him stand there, debating what they should do, then told him he could just drop it off thanks. Whaaat!?! To save him from a repeat, I took his second sample over next day. I’m just a delivery person, this should be easy, right? I told them I was just leaving a sample which they threatened to throw away if I didn’t wait in a room full of potential covid carriers as 23rd in line. Nope, not happening. His doctor’s office finally said they’d deal with it which, frankly, they should have done to begin with. Inconsiderate is the nicest thing I can say about any of ’em. I will sign out by bemoaning the many hematoma he’s gotten here over the years and one thing he’s got going for himself is good veins. He says they couldn’t hit the ground with their hat. Florida Blue needs another, better, lab provider. All the insurance companies need to allow for competition.

I was the second person in line as a walk-in. I’m fine with waiting. I was told by the employee opening the door how to check in. I got the confirmation that I was checked in. After multiple people went in before me (as expected), my name was still not showing up on the board even though I got the confirmation. The employee very rudely (in front of everyone) told me that I must have used the kiosk wrong (even though I got the confirmation) and told me I would need to download the app to check in. Once done, it was not showing the appointment I had just scheduled. She then told me I would need to stand in line again to use the kiosk. Fine. But it had me do the exact same thing again, scanning ID and insurance card. It gave me the exact same confirmation and it still took a while for my name to pop up on the board. The employee then stood in the waiting room at the door and said “Wow, you actually did it correctly this time.” I’m not technologically illiterate. I saw the reviews of this place before I came and now I understand why most people are saying the same thing about this trash location.

Appointments suggested, walkins taken. However, appointment holders will be served first, so be prepared to wait if you choose to walk in.

They know by your phone number
It should say on your orders if you need to fast or not. Not all blood work requires it. I would suggest asking your Dr. You can take your meds with a sip of water.
7 am to 3:30 pm. Closed on the weekends
6:30 am to 3pm i believe
