Maybe they no longer work with dss, or your domain, tbe part after the @ symbol is on a blackish for known spam and that's about the only rain it could get rejected. Are you using @AlbanyCountyNY.gov for the extension? If Not and they're a fairly new employee it wouldn't work if you were addressing it to just @Albanycounty.com
Could be the safety program built in the firewall or antivirus program......a worker wouldn't directly ban anyone conducting business with the agency.... .the whole point is to have clear communication in order to provide the help or guidance to the public on the programs this agency provides
It's certainly the correct address. The message reads "Message blocked. (Email address here) has been blocked. See technical details below for more information." Then it reads The response from the remote server was: 550 permanent failure for email address here:blocked)
