Justin and the Puroclean crew were professional, efficient, very thorough, and helpful in every way. Justin was very accessible and went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our project proceeded as quickly and as well as possible. He volunteered to help with problems not directly associated with the mitigation work for which he was hired, and he was as responsive and nice as any one good be. Justin earned 5 stars and an A+ !!!

As an agent, I've provided Justin's name as an option for clients in need of mitigation work. Recently, my hot water heater burst at home on a Saturday and I called Justin for assistance. He and his team arrived within the hour (on his birthday, by the way) to assist us in clean up and did a great job helping us get our house back in order. He is very thorough, explains the process in detail and follows through on his promises. I already knew that from the work he has done for our clients, but it sure hits home when you personally experience that type of service.

I could not say enough wonderful things about Justin from PuroClean and his great staff! We had a surprise water issue in our house, and they were right there to help us through it. From the initial phone call from him to when they finished up, nothing but professional, caring, above and beyond, and honestly treated us as if we were their own family! They made sure that they were always wearing booties on their shoes so they did not track dirt around. They did not drag their equipment through the house. They were very careful in moving anything. They explained every step of what they were doing and why. They were efficient and through. If I had any questions they answered them honesty and completely. It did not matter what time of day it was, they were always reachable by phone! They were very helpful and compassionate during a stressful time. I cannot recommend them enough!!!! If you ever need the types of services they provide, these are the professional people you want in your house helping you hands down!!!

How can I ensure that my home is sanitized effectively before bringing my new baby home?

I had a water issue, and yes they were great. The best thing though was that they did exactly what they said they would and explained it to me. They also saved me a bit of money when the problem wasn't as bad as we had first thought. So call them and just ask what they can do for you. I wasn't in your situation but I would believe what they tell you. And congratulations!

Every Insurance policy is different. You should contact your broker/agent or your insurance company to determine the amount of coverage that you have.

What should I throw away after a fire?

Food safety after a fire is a huge issue, so you should discard non-perishable food exposed to heat, smoke, and firefighting chemicals, as well as perishable food left at room temperature for too long. However, you might be able to salvage refrigerated and frozen food after a fire. You should also throw out medicines, cosmetics, and burned clothing. Inventory non-restorable items to support your claims. Be sure to include the name, cost, and the year each item was purchased. Photos documenting the loss are great too.

What should I do after a flood or sewage or water leak?

First, contact a water-damage restoration company, such as PuroClean Restoration Specialists, as soon as possible. Don’t wait, as water can cause mold and irremediable damage to the wood, walls, and carpet in your home. Then, contact your insurance company to start the claim process. If safe, shut off the utilities in your home to avoid further damage. Don’t enter your home if it has suffered structural damage. Don’t walk through floodwater if electricity hasn’t been turned off and avoid contaminants.
