BUYER BEWARE! Been a customer for 15+ years and they decided to charge a $210.82 pick up fee (picking up dumpster after contract) in result of us moving companies due to the fact they were charging double the price as twin Bridges for the same trash removal. Spoke with customer service on the phone and they could care less, I’ve had this happen now multiple times (as they seem to always have a fee...) I advise everyone to stay away from this company!

This is the second week this month that they haven’t picked up trash or recycling. Pick up day is Friday morning; I have my bins out Thursday night. The first time it happened I called the automated system (because they’re closed all weekend) and it stated pickup was delayed and it would be picked up Saturday morning - which it was. This time, I got routed to an operator who said I’d have to call back Monday morning and she couldn’t help me. Meanwhile my full trash and recycling bins sit at the end of my driveway, and I have bags and cardboard piling up outside my back door. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll be demanding a refund and switching to county waste - who I hear is cheaper anyway. That’ll be a fun way to start my Monday! DO NOT recommend waste management. Don’t waste your money. It’ll be more of an inconvenience than if you didn’t have any garbage service at all.

WM has persistently missed our pick-up over the life of our service contract, including twice in the last few month and for an entire month this past July. It was determined after the first instance in July that the driver was going to the wrong house and noting that our bins were not out. Despite knowing this, customer service and the route managers did not take steps to address the problem and it continued to happen for the entire month of July. Each time I called, I had to explain the entire situation and had to convince each new representative that our bins were out and that the driver was in the wrong spot. Customer service obviously did not care to actually address the root of the problem and it has continued to occur. WM was unwilling to send the trucks back and has given refunds for some missed pickups, while refused to give refunds for others. I currently have garbage sitting outside my house from another missed pickup (the second time this winter) and customer service has failed to give any response to my missed pickup report.

Well 2 trucks sew came to my apartment complex today at 420 am and decided to back down the road not once but twice and sit talking with the trucks running . Trash day is Friday Needless to say I was woken from a sound sleep. Town noise ordinance is 7am they do the all the time and sometimes don't even pick up our trash or recycling leaving it to just sit outside.

No. Put them next to recycling container and we will handle it
I'm a driver and if you call in and ask they will get someone over there most of the time next day but definatly by the end of the week
You may have the wrong company because people get us confused with other garbage companies like county waste...we are waste Management...as far as I know nothing has changed unless you didn't put your garbage out on time..you can call dispatch & they will let you know if the truck was there today or not..
