Getting in and finding a spot no problem but I wouldn't leave my car very long. Parked at 1230 checked on it 230pm by 8pm my rear window was smashed and all of mine and my son's vacation belongs had been stolen (minus our road snacks and water) guess our vandals didn't want us to starve. This left me with a dead battery and my phone was dead from all day of site seeing. Trying to leave the ticket machine took my ticket (I had paid at the kiosk prior to returning to car) but gate wouldn't open and it was requesting another $10 after approx 2min someone finally answered the intercom and opened the gate.

This is a fully automatic garage (at least they think so) it's a circus to get in. I came here on a weekend after hours and panicked if I won't be able to take my car out. It is such a circus to get in. You need your ticket to swipe to unlock the door. There are no clear instructions and nobody responds to calls. Nobody knows what will happen if the ticket swipe machine or gate stops working. Also, there were issues scanning spothero code, people were trying to tailgate while exiting.. it was such a mess.

Machine could not read card. End up paying cash. $27 for 3 hours of parking. Three other customers were coincidently there with me and none of our cards could be read by machine. We all had to pay with cash which cost an extra $7. Your typical dodgy and scammy SanFran parking garage. I recommend avoiding this place.

Great parking lot. Car was safe and I was able to get out after they closed. After hours: You use your ticket to get into the building, pay at the machines, and then to open the gate as well. So keep that ticket safe. 4 stars because the sign was small and we passed it the first time, called the number to ask and that was no help in anyway(unsure why they have a number listed on the signs), and because the machines/elevators were pretty slow to do their job.

Go on their website.
5-7 minute walk
I didn’t make a reservation, so I’m not aware of a reservation form. I parked in the garage on a Monday and there were plenty of open spaces on the third level. I noticed open reserved spots on the second level and they might be for cars using the reservation system.
I suggest not park there people will break in ur car and alot of homeless around there just be careful where u park ur car and leave nothing of value in it where ever u park in San Francisco it's pretty rough people have signs on there windows explaining there is nothing of value in there cars so no one breaks in pay the extra parking fee to make sure they can't get in the parking garage PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AT A HOTEL NO MATTER WHERE OR COST
It's first come first serve and you pay for how long you'll be parked there.
It seems Impark no longer operates the cruise garage as of March 1. ABM parking now manages the 2 garages on Francisco that used to be an option. Hoping they will have something available soon but no news yet.. Lots of cruisers trying to figure out options . Seems like you can get parking at piers 19.5 and 29.5 thru Smothers and maybe Parking.com but they don't seem very secure and not very good recent reviews. There is an ongoing conversation in the Princess Cruises Passenger forum on Facebook. If you have access to that, there may be updates in the future. Good luck!
The parking lot is roofed. You must consider dimensions, one block from this there is another outdoor but it is more expensive. Luck.
It was $18/day parking and paying ahead of time for our 10 day cruise. Call them. They didn't make online reservations.
