staff in the office were not nice, dropped off sample - they cancelled it and never told me, the supervisor was going to call me and never did. will not go here - prefer lab Corp much better staff and professionalism.

Horrible place, came to get my blood drawn. First person to come after they reopened for lunch, and waited 45 minutes. they said they couldn’t take me since I didn’t print out my script. I asked if I could email it, and they said their system isn’t Built for it. Very unhelpful and unaccommodating

Went in to get blood drawn, the lady could not hit a vein in my one arm, then went to the second and got a vial of blood before promptly losing it again. She then got frustrated and told me to go somewhere else. Would not recommend to anyone.

Not the best experience.. I had an older lady for the blood draw. Maybe a little more training would help her preform the job better. I had taken a phlebotomy class in college and she did things we were taught not to do. She was not confident and was fishing around moving he needle in and out and around in my arm searching for a vein. I am getting a nice large hematoma (bruise) due to her poor technique.
