Hi Latoya. Many factors go in to the decision, you need to apply to receive an accurate decision. I hope this is helpful.
You can apply for an EAF, ESN or EAA at anytime you need help with moving expenses. The case managers on staff in the Temporary Assistance division review each application and required paperwork carefully using the budget and income and resources to determine if eligible for the emergency programs of EAF or Emergency Aid to Families, ESN or Emergency Safety Net for able bodied adults or EAA or Emergency Aid to Adults which is mostly people who receive SSI benefits. If after the review and budgeting it's determined that you fit the criteria of any of the above programs you may receive help
