Why is it impossible to talk to a real person in the Crossgates Apple store. Your telephone merry-go-round is not helpful. No wonder iPhone sales are crashing.

I agree. It's a nightmare with this store! Not only this but I need a computer repair. I would like to do that repair Curbside and I am well aware of the fact that Apple is INSIDE THE MALL. One of the so called "guides" said it's in the mall. Laughable.. There should be a protocol in place for curbside pick up wherein you can speak to whomever takes the item OUTSIDE this MALL.. This company is getting to be "a nightmare" to work with. May be time for Bill Gates! PERIOD !!
