Ashley Home Store sold me some furniture. When I received it after it was in my house I was told there was damage on three of the pieces. They ordered parts for two of the pieces and I'm still trying to get the dinning server replaced. This has been going on for a month now. They want to send a tech to fix the piece. I didn't pay for damaged pieces. I payed $700 for new . Don't buy from Ashley. All you get is the runaround
even when they do answer the phones , the ones who answer are very rude and not customer friendly at all! I wonder how they are even employed and can see why the customer reviews are not great with the customer is rubbed the wrong way and not valued .
They may be busy with many customers.
Store hours are 10am to 9pm Monday through Saturday 11am to 7pm on Sundays
