I started at another studio but have since moved to this location. Any location you go to you find a family. I love Orange Theory for the fact that I have worked out for years and get very bored. This concept does all the work for you. You don’t have to think about what to do, they just tell you. AND, the heart rate monitors show you that you got the most out of your workout! All of the trainers are unique and fun! Caleb, Megan, Gage, Travis and Bri, are all interactive. Every morning at 6:15am I am greeted with a “Welcome to Orange Theory” Every single person is so kind. Especially Logan! He is so great he got promoted which is no surprise! However, without Logan and his management style, you wouldn’t have the amazing team we get to see every day! Come join! It’s totally worth it!

Extremely rude staff only had my first and only interaction with person name Logan, instead of being helpful they pretend saying that they are doing you a favor. No sir I am doing you a favor bring business to you. But I will gladly take it somewhere else. Don’t need that attitude to start my day. Calling out the franchise owner to start doing attitude check on the staff you hire before background check.

Awesome gym with awesome coaches/staff. Went to this studio during my vacation and it was great. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. Felt like my home studio. The gym itself is clean and well taken care of. Cool location too- can shop before class or grab some food after. Can’t wait to come back!

OTF Wesley Chapel was amazing! My sister has been going there for over a year. I finally went to the class and I love that they were able to Coach and motivate me and the workout I felt the burn right away! I loved having the motivation and the coaches help with the modifications of the exercises since I struggled to do some of them! Everyone was friendly and treated me like family! The Jump start I needed to get out of my depression! Cant wait to crush my new goals!

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
OTbeat™ is our exclusive heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real-time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After class, they can then monitor their improvements through emailed results and by using the Orangetheory Fitness app.
