Awful service and professional liers
Yes they lie about when they should be reciving their products. Said all items would be here 11/7, only recieved half of ordern,had to call to find out rest of order won't be in until 12/10!
Have not had a bad experience yet, I made 2 different purchases from Ashley. What they have done is gave an unusually far out delivery date, otherwise great experience! ,give yourself 6-8 weeks for delivery.
No, but they did deliver the wrong item then tried to add an additional $100.00 to price because they made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. I bought and paid for a power recliner but they shipped manual one. Would not eat there mistake and wanted to charge me for it. Ended up going back to store and had my money returned. Not the best experience at Ashley.
Poor service ! Ariel and Liz managers at Wesley chapel location shouldn’t be there. Filling in wrong info to make a sale then your on your own. Worst experience ever
I've visited this location numerous times and have found their customer service to be very accommodating.
