My experience so far has been terrible. Purchased an item Saturday, was supposed to be delivered today. Never came,tried tracking it on the website and was kicked off twice. Tried the chat feature and took almost a half hour only to be told they don't know where it's at and I'll need to contact the store directly. Very disappointed.
Their customer service on the phone is garbage at best. They keep giving you the runaround and lies. I will never shop with them again. They can not stand by the products they sell.

Our customer service has been wonderful our sales person followed up to be sure our concerns were addressed and taken care of.
