They are considered two separate parks. Even tho the have been made to connect. So Key Vista Nature Park is Dawn to Dusk and the Anclote Dog Park (Pier) is 24 Hours.

Anclote is only open for the anglers 24 hrs. The park is closed at dusk. It has always closed at dusk. When boaters go fishing, they pay more for an over night pass. It allows them to launch, and come at their convince.
