Great place to go fishing either on the pier or down by the water. Have seen tons of variety of fish not limited to; Snapper, Pinfish, Sheepshead, sharks, and many more. Nice small playground for kids. Has a boardwalk that connects to Key Vista Nature Park.

An amazing experience. Huge boardwalk and paths connecting to the beach and little mini areas to rest a relax. Free parking here specifically, but you have to pay at the Key Vista park, so just park here instead. Beautiful, and so much fun. Beautiful sunsets too.

A really beautiful area with a huge oak tree with moss hanging underneath of it two or three picnic tables and some cookout grills also have a free public fishing pier.

Great place to see the sunset, go fishing, or for a hike. Were lots of people fishing, not too many fish today though. Wonderful sunset, great outdoors.

Im not sure but i think so as long as they are on a leash
It's warm brackish water, it's by the mouth of the river and by a power plant. All I ever caught there was catfish and some crab when the time is right
At the park it is pretty much brackish water because you're not quite out into the sound yet but many saltwater species can be caught there
The park hours are seasonal; sunrise to sunset. It changes on Sundays when it has to be changed.
It actually has a large fenced in dog area for them to run. And they are welcome all thru the park
Yes there are a few places to fish from shore, or boat ramp. Further north past power plant on Ballies Bluff, is the actual fishing pier
No bait shop @ the park.... Try Armed Anglers
You have to call the county!
No beach. There is a sandy-rocky place near the edge of the fishing pier. Also, way down the walkway (where the sidewalk entersthe trees past the playground and pavilions) there is a path to your left right after you step off the walkway which goes to a very small beach. That is private compared to around the pier but a bit of a walk from the parking lot
They are considered two separate parks. Even tho the have been made to connect. So Key Vista Nature Park is Dawn to Dusk and the Anclote Dog Park (Pier) is 24 Hours.
^^^^What he said...and pompano,Cobia etc... ya never know. But best bet is very early am or dusk/night.
As far as I know, as long as you have a fishing license, free for on land only, you can fish anywhere
Dogs only in fenced area ONLY .not allowed outside of fenced area even if on leash per county's ordinance.
