Electric is pretty cheap. I only pay 60 something in the summer and 40 something in winter. I do not leave my A/C on none stop though. Water and garbage average 60 something a month.
I usually pay around $60-$80 for electricity. Water is 'included' in the rent which means the water bill is attached to your rent. Because there is no way to gauge the use of water in a single unit, they split the bill for the building amongst the current occupants. Its usually around $30 a month for a 1br (in my case, anyway).
