Where's the question? It sounds more like a frustrated review. But if that statement was a question, I can say that I cannot agree to this experience you have had. I am at that store at least once or twice a week. And since there are enough signs in the store there shouldn't be any problems to find what one is looking for. I have never seen the employees talking on their phones but rather would say the store is just understaffed what makes it indeed hard to ask questions.
