First of all every time I walk in this store the workers are always talking and on there phones. The managers take a year and 5 days to come when you need them. The store is always a mess and I can never find what I’m looking for.

Where's the question? It sounds more like a frustrated review. But if that statement was a question, I can say that I cannot agree to this experience you have had. I am at that store at least once or twice a week. And since there are enough signs in the store there shouldn't be any problems to find what one is looking for. I have never seen the employees talking on their phones but rather would say the store is just understaffed what makes it indeed hard to ask questions.
